One of my favorite projects as of late, is our new kitchen color. 

I was inspired by a couple pins I found on Pinterest.  Looove Pinterest.

The color we chose is called Moonlit Pool, by Behr.

As much as I liked our kitchen in Chocolate Brown, once we got our new hardwood floors installed I felt like it competed with the color too much.

Just as a reminder here is what color it was before, during Lucas’ birthday party.

Here it is now.  It reads a little dark in pictures… but trust me in person, it is moody and lovely.

Notice my cool vintage red chair.  Totally from a thrift store,  with a reupholstered seat and a shiny coat of apple red spray paint.  I love it.
