Let me tell you… it is uber romantic.

It is a new egg poacher.  I am super obsessed with poached eggs.  I don’t know why, I just think they taste better than scambled or fried.  Growing up, my grandmother always made poached eggs, maybe is is nostalgic for me? 

This particular egg poacher is from Sur la Table.

Whatever the reason, I really really want a new one.   The one I have is getting a little rickety (It wasn’t very nice to begin with).

So there is my super romantic valentines wish…hint hint darling.
