I have been working on organizing the Toddler room.  I feel like we are getting close to being finished, so I thought I would share a few pictures of the update.

I found this light at Ikea.  I think it is perfect for a toddler room, and at $25 you can’t go wrong. 

Another Ikea find was the infamous Leaf Bed Canopy.  Lucas loves it, he calls it his little “house”.  Ah, to be in the mind of a toddler.

Here are shelves that my handy husband put in for me in this strange nook in Lucas’ room.  I think they are the perfect use of space.  I love that there is storage up out of toddlers hands.  It makes me easier to keep the floor picked up.

More built in shelves in this corner along with his play kitchen.  Now all of his toys are out in sight, easy to find, and have a place to be put away.  That means Mommy is happy.

One silly thing I did order online is this cardboard Moose from Cardboard Safari.  Lucas thinks he is so funny.  He shows everyone who comes over his “new moose”.  I think the moose is fun and whimsical.

His room is really starting to come together.
